New Mobile Phone Code For Egypt

Hello ,

Egyptian Telecom Authority decided to apply a New Mobile Phone codes for Egyptian Mobile Operators. The New Code will be 11 Number Length instead of the old 10 Number Length Code. The New Mobile Phone Code will be active from 6 October 2011 , the old one will persist for Four Months duration.
The New Code for Mobinil :

1220000000 -------- instead of -------120000000
1270000000 -------- instead of -------170000000
1280000000 -------- instead of -------180000000
1200000000 -------- instead of -------150000000

The New Code for Vodafone :

1000000000 -------- instead of -------100000000
1060000000 -------- instead of -------160000000
1090000000 -------- instead of -------190000000
1010000000 -------- instead of -------151000000

The New Code for Etisalat :

1110000000 -------- instead of -------110000000
1140000000 -------- instead of -------140000000
1120000000 -------- instead of -------1520000000

As we all know that Egypt has three mobile operators with the following code

A- Mobinil: 12 & 17 & 18

B- Vodafone: 10 & 16 & 19

C- Etisalat: 11 & 14

A new numeric code schema announced in March 2010 to Egypt mobile operators & will be applied starting from July 2010.

The old numeric code will continue to be active for a transitional period not less than one year duration.

The new Egyptian mobile codes will be as follow:

A- Mobinil: 122 & 127 & 128 & 150

B- Vodafone: 100 & 106 & 109 & 151

C- Etisalat: 111 & 114 & 152
